A flow rack base frame in short-side handled format, 820 mm wide and 1297 mm deep. Supplied on its own as the wheeled, powder-coated steel frame. Combine it with flow shelves, dividers, and return shelves to build a complete mobile FIFO cart.
Description
The Smart Storing flow rack frame is the wheeled steel base onto which a mobile FIFO flow cart is built. It is supplied on its own, not as a finished cart, for production and maintenance teams who configure their carts to a specific depth and handling layout.
This frame is the short-side handled version, 820 mm wide with a depth of 1297 mm. It rolls on wheels and provides the mounting structure that the other parts attach to. Long-side handled frames are 1220 mm wide and short-side handled frames 820 mm wide, with depths matched to the number and length of flow shelves.
On its own the frame carries no stock. Add Smart Storing flow shelves, dividers, and return shelves and it becomes a complete gravity flow cart that can be reconfigured as line requirements change. The powder-coated steel construction is built for repeated movement on the production floor.
Flow rack frames suit automotive manufacturing, electronics assembly, and lean production lines, where configurable, mobile material supply is a priority.
