Standard rack base section, H 2000 mm, D 1100 mm, W 950 mm, for upright-mounted pull-out unit

The Smart Storing standard rack base section is a steel racking frame sized to host upright-mounted pull-out units, built for warehouse managers and facility planners who need a dedicated rack structure for pull-out storage. The base section forms the first standalone bay of a standard rack run and consists of two uprights and two top beams and measures 2000 mm high, 1100 mm deep, 950 mm wide, with each section filled with products to suit the application.

The section is manufactured from powder-coated steel for durability in demanding industrial conditions. The top beams hold the structure together and can also serve as buffer storage above the pull-out levels. The 950 mm clear width between uprights matches the mounting standard of Smart Storing upright-mounted pull-out units, so pull-out carriages bolt directly into the uprights.

A base section is required to begin a rack run and is followed by add-on sections. Combining a base section with the required number of add-on sections builds a continuous rack run of any length while minimising the number of uprights. The 1100 mm depth and 2000 mm height accommodate pallet-sized pull-out units stacked over multiple levels.
