Description
The Smart Storing FIFO cart rack is the wheeled steel rack that forms the base of a mobile FIFO flow cart. It is supplied on its own in RAL 5010, not as a finished cart, for production and logistics teams who build and configure their own line-side carts.
This rack is the short-side handled version. It provides the powder-coated steel structure and wheels; gravity flow shelves, dividers, and a side-mounted return shelf are added separately to suit the layout. A long-side handled version is also available.
On its own the rack presents no stock. Built up with inclined gravity flow shelves, it becomes a complete FIFO cart that feeds bins forward in strict first-in-first-out order for ergonomic, line-side picking. The powder-coated steel is built for repeated movement across the production floor.
FIFO cart racks suit automotive manufacturing, electronics assembly, and lean production environments, where mobile material supply is a priority.
