The Smart Storing FIFO flow shelf is a gravity-fed roller shelf for warehouse and production teams who need first-in-first-out picking that keeps stock rotating and line-side bins always within reach.

Built around white plastic gravity rollers set into a steel frame, the flow shelf lets plastic bins and cardboard boxes glide forward under their own weight as front units are removed. Steel dividers split the shelf into parallel channels, so each lane feeds a single article in strict FIFO order without manual handling.

The shelf is loaded by hand from the rear and picked from the front, separating replenishment from picking and reducing congestion at the line. The number of rollers, dividers, and channels is matched to the bin or box width, giving precise lane control for components, fasteners, and small parts. The unit mounts onto standard beam rack and integrates with existing pallet racking and picking faces.
