The Smart Storing FIFO cart is a mobile gravity flow cart that brings first-in-first-out stock directly to the assembly line, built for production and logistics teams who need ordered, ergonomic material supply at the workstation.
The cart combines inclined gravity flow shelves on a wheeled steel frame, so plastic bins and boxes roll forward to the operator as front units are removed. Loaded by hand from the rear, it keeps replenishment and picking separated while remaining fully mobile for line-side delivery and milk-run supply.
Configurations range from three to five gravity flow levels, with options such as a side-mounted return shelf for empty boxes. Each level feeds stock in strict FIFO order, supporting lean material flow and kanban replenishment. The powder-coated steel frame is built for repeated movement across the production floor.
