Description
The Smart Storing PSU (Pallet storage unit) with 100% pull-out shelves provides full extension for maximum access to palletized goods, making it the preferred choice when operators need to reach items at the back of the pallet or pick small components directly from a loaded EUR pallet. Each shelf supports 600 kg. The unit measures 1170 x 1360 x 1707 mm with a load area of 835 x 1220 mm.
The steel frame is zinked, with blue (RAL 5010) shelves. All shelves lock automatically when retracted. Loading is supported by forklift, pallet stacker, or overhead crane. Units without a shelf lock can also be rear-loaded for continuous replenishment workflows.
The 100% extension is especially valued in pick-from-pallet operations in automotive production, heavy manufacturing, and warehousing. Total module capacity reaches up to 1800 kg. Delivered fully assembled and function-tested.
