Description
The Smart Storing Vale Start Section is the first bay of a Vale vertical storage rack, built for workshop and production teams that need to store bulky and difficult-to-handle goods in a small floor area. It is the base section that Vale Add-on Sections extend from.
The section is built on a standard pallet rack and features top-mounted perforated beams with beam-mounted roller tracks, so goods can be loaded and unloaded smoothly from both sides of the rack. The standard section width is 2700 mm, while the dividers measure 800 mm in height and 1100 mm in depth.
The Vale system offers a flexible solution for storing bulky and difficult-to-handle goods. Dividers are available in different depths, and beams can be positioned behind or above the stored goods depending on the application. Optional section widths of 1800 mm and 950 mm are available on request. Beams are powder-coated in RAL 5010 blue, while all other components are galvanized for excellent durability and corrosion resistance.
Applications include workshop and maintenance, metal fabrication, and production areas where bulky, awkward goods must be stored vertically and accessed efficiently.
