Upright-mounted pull-out unit, 600 kg, 70% extension, short-side handled, for EUR pallet

The Smart Storing upright-mounted pull-out unit is a steel pull-out carriage for EUR pallets that bolts directly onto pallet rack uprights, built for warehouse managers and production teams who need to pull a full pallet out of an existing rack opening for picking. This short-side handled model carries up to 600 kg and extends 70%.

The lower frame of the unit is bolted into the rack uprights while the upper carriage slides out on runners, carrying the pallet with it. The system is based on a pallet rack with a 950 mm opening between uprights. The loading area measures 834 x 1225 mm. An optional steel shelf panel allows plastic bins and production tooling to be stored directly on the unit instead of a pallet.

With 70% extension and a 600 kg load rating, the carriage rolls out smoothly under full load for ergonomic, full-depth picking. Mounting into existing racking makes it a cost-effective way to turn static pallet positions into accessible pull-out storage. It can be front-loaded or rear-loaded to suit the aisle layout.
