The Smart Storing upright-mounted pull-out unit is a steel pull-out carriage that bolts directly onto pallet rack uprights, built for warehouse managers and production teams who need full-depth access to goods stored inside an existing rack opening. This short-side handled model carries up to 200 kg, extends 70%, and is supplied with a steel shelf panel sized for a pallet collar.

The lower frame of the unit is bolted into the rack uprights while the upper carriage slides out on runners, carrying the load with it. The system is based on a pallet rack with a 950 mm opening between uprights. The steel shelf panel forms a flat base, so plastic bins, cardboard boxes, and production tooling can be stored directly on the unit. The loading area measures 835 x 1251 mm.

With 70% extension and a 200 kg load rating, the carriage rolls out smoothly for ergonomic picking without unloading the whole pallet position. It mounts into existing racking, making it a cost-effective way to convert static rack levels into accessible pull-out storage.
