Description
The Smart Storing TSU (Tool storage unit) with shelf lock is an efficient and safe solution for storing heavy tools, dies, and moulds in freestanding configurations where the unit is not bolted to the floor. Each shelf supports 600 kg with 70% pull-out extension. The shelf lock prevents more than one shelf from extending simultaneously, eliminating tipping risk. The unit measures 827 mm load width by 1226 mm load depth by 1707 mm height.
Every shelf includes a steel panel for high point loads and a rubber mat for secure tool positioning. High-quality ball bearings ensure smooth operation. All shelves lock automatically when retracted. The steel frame is zinked, with blue (RAL 5010) shelves.
The 70% extension suits centrally hoisted items and is the economical choice. Applications include stamping plants, die shops, automotive production, and maintenance workshops. Delivered fully assembled and function-tested.
