Description
The Smart Storing TSU (Tool storage unit) with 100% pull-out shelves provides full extension for maximum access to heavy tools, dies, moulds, and machine parts. Each shelf supports 600 kg and slides completely out of the frame, enabling unobstructed overhead crane access for safe lifting. The unit measures 827 mm load width by 1226 mm load depth by 1707 mm height.
Every shelf is fitted with a strong steel shelf panel designed for high point loads and a rubber mat that secures tools during movement. High-quality ball bearings ensure smooth operation at full load. All shelves lock automatically in the retracted position. The steel frame is zinked, with blue (RAL 5010) shelves.
The 100% extension is the preferred choice when tools need to be accessed from directly above or when multiple smaller items are stored per shelf. Applications include stamping plants, die shops, injection moulding, automotive production, and aerospace component storage. Delivered fully assembled and function-tested.
