Made from epoxy-coated perforated steel with 10 x 10 mm holes at 20 mm c/c and a 200 kg board capacity, it is supplied without hooks, giving a lower-height hanging surface for the unit side.
Description
The Smart Storing Tool Board is a perforated steel board built for workshop managers and production teams who need durable, reconfigurable storage of hand tools and small components at the point of use. It mounts on a wall or on the side of a Compact Storage Unit and turns vertical space into an organised tool wall.
The board is made from 1.5 mm powder-coated, epoxy-coated perforated steel sheet with 10 x 10 mm square holes spaced 20 mm centre to centre, and its bent edges add torsional rigidity. It is designed around the Smart 10/20 hook system, which makes it very easy to snap hooks and holders on and off without tools.
Several versions are available, supplied either bare or as a complete set with a matched selection of hooks, clips, cups, and boxes so a tool wall can be set up immediately. Boards are offered in multiple sizes and colours to suit different work areas, with a 200 kg board capacity.
Tool boards suit automotive manufacturing, workshop and maintenance bays, electronics assembly, and warehouse and distribution areas where shadow-board organisation and quick tool access reduce search time.
