Smart frame kit 800 x 800 mm 64 compartments 95 x 95 mm is a modular storage system designed for flexible and efficient organization of small parts in warehouses, workshops and production environments. The kit is supplied complete with dividers for one shelf and allows compartments to be created in different sizes, making it easy to tailor the storage layout entirely to your needs.
The system is built from frames measuring 400 x 400 mm. Four frames per shelf fit perfectly in short-side operated (square) CSU Light units, while six frames fit in the long-side operated version. Each frame can be divided into a maximum of 48 compartments in up to 28 different configurations, offering a high level of adaptability for changing storage requirements.
Frame height is 70 mm, and two frames can be stacked using locking pins to achieve a total height of 140 mm. With the use of a center clip, four frames can be securely connected to form a stable 800 x 800 mm configuration with 64 compartments measuring 95 x 95 mm. The Smart frame kit is manufactured from durable recycled ABS plastic, resulting in a 78% lower carbon footprint compared to conventional materials, making it a sustainable and smart choice for modern storage systems.
