Description
The Smart Storing mezzanine pallet gate is a steel safety gate that protects workers at a raised loading edge while allowing safe pallet transfer between floor levels, built for warehouse and production teams who need fall protection at a mezzanine or platform.
The pallet gate uses a pivoting dual-barrier design, so one side is always closed: as a pallet is loaded from the safe side, the operator never stands at an open edge above the drop. The powder-coated steel structure stands 1800 mm high with a depth of 1890 mm and is finished in high-visibility yellow.
Available in clear widths of 1500 mm, 2300 mm, and 3000 mm, the gate is sized to the pallet or load it transfers and bolts to the mezzanine floor. The rotating barrier moves with a single controlled motion, keeping the loading zone guarded at all times without power or complex mechanisms.
