Description
The Smart Storing Rotating Pull-out Unit R1 is a patented beam-mounted pull-out unit that lets an operator pull out and rotate a full EUR pallet in one movement, built for warehouse and food distribution teams who need fast picking from every side of the pallet without a forklift.
When a picker has reached as far as possible across a pallet, the pallet must be turned. Traditionally this meant taking the pallet down with a forklift, driving around, and lifting it back. With the R1, the pallet is rotated in place: pull out, rotate, push back in, and continue picking. This saves a significant amount of handling time.
The unit carries up to 600 kg with 100% extension and is short-side handled and front-loaded for a single EUR pallet. A lock in the extended position is included, holding the unit out while the pallet is rotated. The unit weighs 141 kg and has a rack depth range of 970 mm to 1170 mm.
Beam-mounted units bolt to the cross-beams between rack uprights and are compatible with almost all pallet racking. Double ball bearings at the front give a low profile and smooth travel under load. Applications include food distribution, warehouse and order picking, and production logistics.
