Description
The Smart Storing rear-mounted safety lock is an anti-tip interlock for 2 beam-mounted pull-out units, built for warehouse managers and safety officers who need to prevent multiple loaded units from being extended at once. It is designed for units rated at 1000 kg with 70% extension. The interlock permits only one of the 2 units in a section to be pulled out at a time, eliminating the forward tipping risk that arises when several heavy units extend simultaneously. The lock mounts at the rear edge of the units and operates automatically as units are extended and retracted, requiring no manual setting. It is supplied galvanized for corrosion resistance and is compatible with the matching Smart Storing beam-mounted pull-out units. Typical applications include automotive manufacturing, warehouse and distribution, and workshop environments where stacked extendable shelves carry heavy pallets and tipping safety is critical.
