The beam-mounted pull-out unit is installed on the cross-beams between the pallet racking uprights. The lower frame is securely bolted to the beams, while the upper frame slides out smoothly, carrying the pallet with it. The loading area measures 1230 mm in width and 1200 mm in depth, with a 70% pull-out extension and an 800 kg load capacity. The unit is front-loaded and short-side handled, making it practical and ergonomic for daily warehouse operations.
The unit locks automatically when pushed back into the rack, ensuring safe operation. Installation is quick and simple, requiring only four bolts to secure it to the cross-beams. Double ball bearings at the front provide a lower profile and smooth movement, even under high load. Beam-mounted pull-out units are compatible with most pallet racking systems on the market and can be mounted on existing beams.
An optional steel shelf panel allows storage of carton boxes, plastic bins or other loose items in addition to palletized goods. Each unit is supplied with safety information on a yellow label in English or another language of your choice, and all deliveries include assembly instructions and user information.
