Description
The Smart Storing PSU (Pallet storage unit) is a complete freestanding rack system designed for storing and picking heavy palletized goods directly at the production line or in confined warehouse spaces. Each pull-out shelf supports 600 kg, enabling access to EUR pallets and heavy components loaded by forklift, pallet stacker, or overhead crane. The unit measures 1170 mm wide and 2007 mm high with a load area of 834 x 1225 mm.
The steel frame is available in blue RAL 5010 or galvanized finish, with front-loaded pull-out shelves that bring full pallets clear of the rack for safe, ergonomic picking. Extension and shelf count vary by model, from 70% extension for buffered access to 100% extension for complete shelf clearance, in four-shelf and five-shelf configurations.
A security lock option holds the shelves safely in position, an important safeguard when handling heavy molds, tools, and components. The freestanding design needs no surrounding rack structure and is delivered ready to install at the line or in the aisle.
