Description
The Smart Storing PSU (Pallet storage unit) with shelf lock is a freestanding rack system for heavy palletized goods, equipped with an anti-tip mechanism that prevents more than one shelf from being extended at a time. Each shelf supports 600 kg with 70% pull-out extension. The unit measures 1170 x 1360 x 1707 mm with a load area of 835 x 1220 mm.
The steel frame is zinked, with blue (RAL 5010) shelves. All shelves lock automatically when retracted. Loading is supported by forklift, pallet stacker, or overhead crane. The shelf lock is recommended for freestanding installations where floor bolting is not possible.
Applications include automotive production lines, heavy manufacturing pick stations, and distribution centres handling palletized inventory close to the point of use. Total module capacity reaches up to 1800 kg. Delivered fully assembled and function-tested.
