Description
The Smart Storing Pallet Separator, Collar to Pallet, is a galvanized steel bracket set built for warehouse and assembly teams who need an economical, temporary pallet rack at a workstation. The brackets fit securely over each corner of a pallet collar and support the pallet stored above with a defined gap for picking access.
The separator is made from galvanized steel for strength and corrosion resistance, and a set of four corner brackets creates a stable stacking layer. It is available with a 250 mm, 400 mm, or 700 mm free space between the collar and the pallet above to suit different component heights.
A set of four supports a load of up to 1000 kg, with a 1200 kg option available, though maximum capacity varies with the type and condition of the pallets and collars in use. The system assembles and disassembles by hand, optimising floor space and improving picking ergonomics.
