MPU – Mobile pallet unit, 300 kg, 70% extension, 3 pull-out units

The Smart Storing MPU (Mobile pallet unit) is a robust mobile storage module with pull-out shelves, designed for heavy palletized goods in factory assembly areas and production environments. Each shelf supports 300 kg with 70% pull-out extension. The short-side handled frame measures 1016 x 1403 x 1760 mm with a loading area of 820 x 1225 mm for EUR pallets.

All MPU units include a shelf lock as standard, which prevents more than one shelf from being pulled out at a time. Counterweights combined with the shelf lock ensure stability during operation. The unit features forklift pockets for safe transport within the facility using a forklift, pallet stacker, or overhead crane. Posts have a hole spacing of 30 mm centre-to-centre for flexible shelf positioning. The steel frame is powder-coated in blue with grey shelves.

MPU units are commonly used in automotive assembly, turbine and generator manufacturing, and any production process where materials need to be stored at the point of use. Optional accessories include FIFO flow shelves and steel top shelves for additional storage. Delivered fully assembled and function-tested.
