MPU – Mobile pallet unit, 300 kg, 100% extension, 2 pull-out units

The Smart Storing MPU (Mobile pallet unit) with 100% pull-out shelves provides full extension for maximum access to palletized goods in factory assembly and production environments. Each shelf supports 300 kg and extends completely out of the frame, enabling overhead access for picking components directly from EUR pallets. The short-side handled frame measures 1029 x 1482 x 1760 mm with a loading area of 820 x 1225 mm.

All MPU units include a shelf lock as standard, preventing more than one shelf from extending at a time. Counterweights ensure stable operation. Forklift pockets allow safe transport within the facility. Posts have 30 mm hole spacing for adjustable shelf heights. The steel frame is powder-coated in blue with grey shelves.

The 100% extension is the preferred choice when operators need to reach all items on the pallet from directly above, particularly in kitting and sequencing operations. Optional accessories include FIFO flow shelves and steel top shelves. Delivered fully assembled and function-tested.
