Description
The Smart Storing floor-mounted pull-out unit is a heavy-duty extendable pallet unit that fits under pallet racking and can also stand freely, built for warehouse managers and production teams who need full pallet loads pulled out for safe access. This long-side handled, front-loaded model carries up to 1500 kg with 85% extension for a FIN pallet.
The unit is fixed to the floor with bolts through floor rails, which act as guide rails for the upper frame. The upper frame rolls on heavy ball bearings at the rear and sturdy wheels at the front, so the unit stays in line when pulled out and pushes back without effort. The unit measures 1297 x 1017 mm.
An automatic safety latch locks the unit when it is pushed in, keeping it stable while a pallet is loaded with a forklift and preventing it from running out the far side of a double rack. Ergonomics and time saving are central to every Smart Storing design, with the right size and number of quality ball bearings for reliable, smooth handling.
