Floor-mounted pull-out unit, 1200 kg, Long-side handled, Front-loaded, for wire mesh containers

Floor-mounted front-loaded pull-out units for wire mesh containers with a load capacity of up to 1200 kg are long-side handled and fit under pallet racks. They are compatible with almost all types of racking systems, but can also be used as freestanding units. The unit is delivered with 13-4 foot lock included. They are fixed to the floor with bolts through floor rails, which act as guide rails for the upper frame that runs on heavy-duty ball bearings at the rear and robust pallet truck wheels at the front. Being able to pull out the units from the rack allows for safe and easy access to stored goods. A front-loaded unit is used when loading and picking goods from the same side of the pallet rack, for example in a warehouse, creating an efficient workflow and an ergonomic working environment. Ergonomics and efficiency are always a key part of Smart Storing design, and each model uses the right number and size of high-quality ball bearings to ensure strength, reliability, and smooth operation. An automatic safety latch locks the unit when in its closed position, keeping it stable during loading and preventing it from being unintentionally pushed out. Corner plates keep wire mesh containers securely in place, making the solution both safe and flexible.
