Floor-mounted pull-out unit, 1000 kg, Long-side handled, Rear-loaded, for wire mesh containers

Floor-mounted rear-loaded pull-out units for wire mesh containers with a load capacity of up to 1000 kg are long-side handled and fit under pallet racks. They are compatible with almost all types of racking systems, but can also be used as freestanding units. The unit is delivered with 13-4 foot lock included. They are fixed to the floor with bolts through floor rails, which act as guide rails for the upper frame that runs on heavy-duty ball bearings at the rear and robust pallet truck wheels at the front. Being able to pull out the units from the rack allows for safe and easy access to stored goods. A rear-loaded unit is used when pallets are loaded from one side of the racking system, for example from a forklift aisle, and goods are picked manually from the opposite side on a traffic-free working area. This solution creates an efficient workflow, improved ergonomics, and increased safety in warehouse operations. An automatic safety latch locks the unit when in its closed position, keeping it stable during loading and preventing it from being unintentionally pushed out. Corner plates keep wire mesh containers securely in place, making the solution both safe and flexible.
