Description
The Smart Storing end-of-rack FIFO flow shelf is a side-mounted gravity roller shelf for production and warehouse teams who need an ordered, first-in-first-out picking point at the end of a rack run or line.
The shelf carries two white plastic gravity rollers in a steel frame, with side supports that guide the load and a material stop that holds the front unit securely at the picking position. Bins and boxes roll forward under gravity as units are removed, keeping the next item presented for pick without manual repositioning.
Available in 200 mm, 300 mm, and 400 mm widths, the shelf is sized to the bin or box it carries and mounts to the gable end of standard beam rack. It separates replenishment from picking and integrates with existing pallet racking, flow racks, and picking faces.
