Smart frame kit 1200 x 800 mm 96 compartments 95 x 95 mm is a modular storage system developed for flexible and efficient organization of small parts in warehouses, workshops and production environments. The kit is supplied complete with dividers for one shelf and allows compartments to be created in multiple sizes, making it easy to tailor the storage layout entirely to your specific needs.
The system is based on frames measuring 400 x 400 mm. Six frames fit perfectly in long-side operated CSU Light units, creating a full 1200 x 800 mm shelf layout. Each frame can be divided into a maximum of 48 compartments in up to 28 different configurations, providing exceptional adaptability as storage requirements change.
Each frame has a height of 70 mm and two frames can be stacked using locking pins to achieve a total height of 140 mm. With the use of center clips, the frames are securely connected into a stable structure that forms 96 compartments measuring 95 x 95 mm. The Smart frame kit is manufactured from durable recycled ABS plastic, resulting in a 78% lower carbon footprint compared to conventional materials, making it a sustainable and smart solution for modern storage systems.
