Custom Industrial Storage Cabinet, 1800 mm wide, long side handling, 10 shelves, 200 kg capacity

This custom Industrial Storage Cabinet is developed from Smart Storing’s proven standard model for applications needing greater storage capacity and improved accessibility. It has been widened to 1800 mm, equipped with 10 pull-out shelves and configured for long side handling, making it particularly suitable for production lines, assembly stations and industrial work areas with linear material flow.

Each shelf supports up to 200 kg and offers 70% two-way extension, allowing materials to be accessed efficiently from either side of the cabinet. This improves ergonomics and supports efficient workflows in lean manufacturing environments.

The heavy-duty steel frame is powder-coated in blue (RAL 5010) for long service life, while the shelves are manufactured from galvanized steel with 20 mm raised edges to keep stored materials securely in place. The upright frame features 30 mm pitch adjustment holes, allowing shelf spacing to be customized to the application’s storage requirements.

Optional accessories include wheel kits, forklift pockets, workbench tops, steel cladding panels and shelf dividers, allowing the cabinet to be configured for a wide range of industrial applications.

The cabinet is delivered fully assembled and function tested, ready for immediate installation and operation.
