The Smart Storing Collar Lock is a sprung steel grip built for warehouse and logistics teams who need to hold a pallet collar firmly down onto the pallet during handling and transport. It stops small items from slipping out between the collar and the pallet, and removes the need to tie or lash collars down.
The lock is a simple piece of sprung wire, ridged on the underside so it stays where it is placed, and it snaps into position by hand. Because it is reusable, the same grips serve repeatedly across many handling cycles.
Locks are available to suit stacks of one, two, three, or four pallet collars in height, covering ranges from 190 mm up to 800 mm, and are supplied singly or in sets of four. The grip pairs directly with standard pallet collars for a secure, tidy load.
