Description
The Smart Storing PSU (Pallet storage unit) is a complete freestanding rack system designed for storing and picking heavy palletized goods directly at the production line or in confined warehouse spaces. Each pull-out shelf supports 600 kg with 70% extension, enabling access to EUR pallets loaded by forklift, pallet stacker, or overhead crane. The unit measures 1170 x 1360 x 1707 mm with a load area of 835 x 1220 mm.
The steel frame is zinked, with blue (RAL 5010) shelves. All shelves lock automatically in the retracted position. Units without a shelf lock can also be rear-loaded, allowing pallets to be inserted from the back while picking takes place at the front. The 70% extension provides sufficient access for pallet handling and is the more economical option.
PSU units are used in automotive assembly, heavy manufacturing, food and beverage distribution, and any production environment where palletized components need to be stored close to the point of use. The total module capacity reaches up to 1800 kg across multiple shelves. Delivered fully assembled and function-tested, requiring no installation.
