The Smart Storing pallet collar kit is a complete conversion set for floor-mounted pull-out units, built for warehouse and production teams who need to store small items and loose parts directly on the unit without a pallet. The kit includes a pallet collar with cut brackets, a galvanized steel shelf panel that forms the base, and an extra support bar that reinforces the centre under load. Together these turn a standard pull-out unit into a deep, enclosed container that keeps loose items secure during pull-out. Storing parts directly on the unit, without a pallet underneath, saves additional height and increases usable space in the rack. The pallet collar can be further divided with optional collar dividers for sorted storage. It is compatible with Smart Storing floor-mounted pull-out units. Typical applications include automotive manufacturing, warehouse and distribution, and workshop environments where loose parts and small components are stored at floor level.
