The Smart Storing floor-mounted pull-out unit is a heavy-duty extendable pallet platform that mounts directly to the floor, built for warehouse managers and production teams who need full pallet loads stored low and pulled fully out for manual picking. This long-side handled, rear-loaded model carries up to 800 kg and extends 80% along the floor, giving access to articles stored right at the back even when the next rack level sits close above.

The unit is built from powder-coated steel for durability in demanding industrial conditions and is sized for a wire mesh container. The unit footprint measures 1293 x 900 x 102 mm. It is delivered ready to install and fixes directly to the floor for a stable, freestanding pallet position without a surrounding rack.

With 80% extension and a 800 kg load rating, the platform rolls out smoothly under full load on ball-bearing runners. Goods are loaded from the rear, keeping the picking front clear for the operator. The long-side handle positions the operator along the length of the unit for pulling. Optional anti-slip tape and a range of handle heights let the unit be matched to the height of the next storage level.
