Description
The Smart Storing Beam-mounted Pull-out Unit with handle is a heavy-duty pull-out unit for pallet racking, built for warehouse and production teams who handle heavy pallets and need low-effort, ergonomic extension. A solid construction with double I-beams and around 40 ball bearings ensures smooth travel, low operating effort, and very long life.
The unit is constructed from powder-coated steel with a RAL 5010 blue frame, also available in grey or a special colour, and is delivered fully assembled and tested. The loading capacity given is for an evenly distributed load. Mounting kit 24-M10-140 for fitting to pallet racking is included; the beam height should be specified when ordering.
The unit is available with a standard side-mounted locking handle or an Easy Action handle, which uses leverage to greatly reduce the effort needed to move heavily loaded units. The rear beam must be securely bolted to the pallet racking, and the racking must be securely bolted to the floor.
