storage modules for sheet and plate material
Size of the material
We offer 3 widths for beam-mounted wide pull-out units 1800, 2100 and 2600 mm and 2 widths with upright-mounted pull-out units 1800 and 2700 mm. Two common formats for plates are 2500×1250 mm and 2000 x 1000 mm for which we have solutions. Then there are lots of other sizes for other types of flat material
Weight of the material
We offer solutions up to 1600 kg / warehouse, but here it is important to actually find out the weight of the bundles as this capacity affects the choice of product
How should the material be handled in the workflow
Should the material be stored on the carrier it arrives on or should the bundle be unpacked? Are there lifting aids such as a traverse or must this be purchased? When handling sheet metal, the vacuum yoke is an effective way to handle sheet metal. Do you want help? Do not hesitate to contact us!

Wide units have a flat loading surface, allowing for some material to protrude if needed. These units can be equipped with folded edges and material dividers upon request.

Wide pull-out units | Accessories
Steel shelf panels : This accessory covers the holes in the upper part of the pull-out unit. With the steel shelf panels, you can store soft materials such as rubber mats and panels without any part falling through. Material: Electro-galvanized steel sheet.
