Upright-mounted pull-out units
Our pull-out units are supplied ready assembled and fully tested.
Upright-mounted pull-out units are directly attached to the uprights of the pallet racking system. The lower frame of the unit is bolted into the uprights, and the upper carmage slides out, carrying the load with it. This system is based on a rack system with a 950 mm opening between the posts and can offer a wide range of storage options in a small space.
When it comes to Pull-out Units designed for handling pallets in this system, we have specifically focused on achieving a low profile. This led us to position the rails and bearings on the sides of the extendable shelves.
For pull-out units intended for manually handled goods that do not involve pallet handling, they are available in various configurations and interior options. These units have a load capacity of up to 200 kg.

For goods loaded manually or with overhead crane. A steel shelf panel with 20mm high edges holds plastic bins, cardboard boxes and other items in place. Loading surface: width 805 mm x depth 1205 mm.

Accessories
Standard rack
Each section can be filled with products according to your needs. A standard base section consists of 2 uprights and 2 top beams. The top beams hold the structure together but can also be used for buffer storage. An add-on section consists of 1 upright and 2 top beams. Expander bolts for concrete floors are included.

Steel shelf panels
An accessory that covers the holes at the top of the pull-out unit. This allows you to store smaller items such as plastic bins or cardboard on the steel shelf panel. Material: Electro-galvanized sheet metal.
Side handle
Pull-out units for pallets must be equipped with a side handle, making it easy to pull out the unit without having to bend too much. The height of the handle is determined by the clearance you have to the next level. The handle’s design is made with consideration to avoid pinching injuries when loading goods. This solution has been developed in collaboration with the demanding automotive industry. Suitable for loads of up to 600 kg. For higher loads, please contact us.
