The shipping time in Europe is normally about 2–7 working days, depending of destination. We always do everything we can to keep the estimated Shipping time, so that you can get your products home as quickly as possible. We work with the best freight forwarders in the industry so that you can feel confident that we deliver high quality. Some of our partners are: ITS, Schenker, DHL, DSV, Fedex and UPS

Delivery time is counted as time between the correct order received and the date goods are sent out from our factory. Delivery date is the date the goods leave our factory. Please add a couple of days transport time to your planning!

Once we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us via e-mail. You will also receive an e-mail with delivery confirmation in connection with the product / products leaving our warehouse.

Should a transport damage occur, we ask you to report the damage to our customer service by e-mail or telephone. We follow the Consumer Agency’s guidelines and the report must be made within a reasonable time after the buyer has noticed or should have noticed the defect. It is therefore important that you unpack and inspect your products carefully. For companies, notification of transport damage must have been received within seven days.

In order for the matter to be handled in the fastest possible way, we ask you to keep the product’s packaging so that this can be inspected. Visible transport damage must be noted DIRECTLY on the freight forwarder’s transport document. Visible AND hidden transport damage must be reported to Smart Storing within 7 days.
