When you shop with us, free shipping is always included in the stated price. VAT is added to the price at checkout. We deliver all products and accessories free of charge within Sweden, in collaboration with the freight forwarder Schenker. Note that we, except to Gotland, can not deliver to addresses that require boat transport within Sweden.

The delivery time is normally about 2–7 working days, depending on whether the product is in our central warehouse or is in production. We always do everything we can to keep the estimated delivery time, so that you can get your products home as quickly as possible. Sometimes, however, it can take a little longer than expected, if we have to wait for delivery from our production, for example. But we deliver your order as soon as we can. Remember that you as a customer must always be able to show identification when handing over / delivering the products.

Delivery time is counted as time between the correct order received and the date goods are sent out from our factory. Delivery date is the date the goods leave our factory. Please add a couple of days transport time to your planning!

Once we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us via e-mail. You will also receive an e-mail with delivery confirmation in connection with the product / products leaving our warehouse.

Should a transport damage occur, we ask you to report the damage to our customer service by e-mail or telephone. We follow the Consumer Agency’s guidelines and the report must be made within a reasonable time after the buyer has noticed or should have noticed the defect. It is therefore important that you unpack and inspect your products carefully. For companies, notification of transport damage must have been received within seven days.

In order for the matter to be handled in the fastest possible way, we ask you to keep the product’s packaging so that this can be inspected. Visible transport damage must be noted DIRECTLY on the freight forwarder’s transport document. Visible AND hidden transport damage must be reported to Smart Storing within 7 days.
